This contract included the replacement of communal heating distribution pipework to 81 x occupied residential apartments, within two tower blocks. The main challenge faced was the small size of the risers. This confined space meant that we had to work with careful planning, ensuring that we used tidy workspaces and readily available tools and components to effectively manage the programme phases and install the new pipework. All works were completed within programme and budget, whilst causing the minimum amount of disruption to residents possible.
