This project is a CAT A fit out of an existing building. The building consists on a basement and 10 floors. One of which is being added as part of the refurbishment.

Challenges Overcome:

The main challenge with this project was that the 8th floor has been cut away from the rest of the building and jacked up 8m. An additional floor has then been added to create an entirely new floor. This meant there was a pause in installation while this high risk work was carried out. There was also additional props required on the floors below  which made installing containment more difficult.
