This project was the full refurbishment of an office space. The space consisted of three floors including a basement. The office included reception, desk areas, meeting rooms, phone booths, kitchen, breakout area, showers and a bike store.

Challenges Overcome:

This was a fast paced project with a very short program. On top of this there was noise restrictions which meant we could only drill at certain times of the day. This required additional planning and co-ordination to ensure the program was met.
