Ventilation & Fire Alarm Upgrade

This is a long term project to upgrade the ventilation and fire alarms to 641 properties in the Queens Park Area. This consists of new extractor fans in the kitchens and bathrooms. New Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) units to hallways and landings and new mains powered smoke detectors to circulation areas.
