Electrical Condition Reports for Lewisham Homes​

This contract involved the testing and inspection of around 7000+ occupied residential properties to assess their electrical compliance status. It also included the installation of new fire alarm systems within the properties, as well as any remedial works required to make the property safe and compliant.

 

The main challenges were the careful management of phased workload to ensure that appointments were not missed, as well as the stringent administration processes that we had to enforce to ensure the consistent document control in the issuing of completion certificates. All works were completed within programme and budget, whilst causing the minimum amount of disruption to residents possible.
